On XX/XX/2021 I was trying to add my moms authorized user credit card into her XXXX XXXX XXXX. Immediately got a fraud alert on my phone that somebody was using my card. I called and provided asked information and was told by supervisor XXXX that the information is not sufficient to unblock the card.I asked to speak to a supervisor in the XXXX, she said they were doing an upgrade and asked to call back. Reached out to customer service via app they were not able to help. I am currently on vacation overseas, XXXX told me to get a letter from the bank to get verified. This is not acceptable I want me and my mom to be able to use cards. I did not provide them any wrong information to not to have my card unblocked. Please help.
