Acct : XXXX XXXX account nubmer : XXXX I have contacted XXXX numerous times about the amount I own them and this still have not been resolved and has not been turned over to a collection agency. I had their internet service a total of 5 days, at the time of installation, the tech only installed internet service, I subscribe for TV service as well, the tech told me he didn't have the boxes for tv service. So I called XXXX and they said the only time they could come out to install the TV service was 2 weeks later. I then called XXXX XXXX XXXX and they were out 2 days later to install my internet service, that same day I called XXXX and canceled my internet service and canceled the TV service install, I shipped back the internet modem and wifi extender to their corporate office. I then contacted XXXX several more times because in the system it showed I still had TV service, I asked them about this and they said the bill would be corrected with the 1st bill. When I got the bill it was still showing {$120.00}, I think called XXXX back and they kept telling me they could not help me because I was disconnected for non-pay, I explained to them I couldn't be disconnected for non-pay because I canceled the service 5 days after, only the internet was installed. A supervisor called me back and I went over me only having internet service install and that the TV service was never installed, as well as if I had had TV service installed there should be Serial numbers of the boxes in their system, which they do not have in their system, yet I'll say this once again I've never had their TV service. I have never received a corrected bull which XXXX said I would get, instead I get the collection notice from cfpb. I will not pay for something I never received, all of my interaction should be recored in the notes and on a recored line with XXXX. If anything I own for at best a month of internet service which should be anymore then {$30.00} or {$40.00}.
