This problem is with Synchrony Bank, the partner of XXXX and XXXX operates Paypal Credit. XXXX Paypal Credit XXXX : XXXX On XX/XX/30 I purchased on XXXX a plushie using Paypal Credit. I was charged {$160.00} for a fullbody cat plushie and after additional discussion with the seller to upgrade the size agreed to pay {$450.00} more. A month later, seller came to me with just a small plushie. When I became upset as it was fraud of purchase terms, they said they will produce the large one. Another month later they provided one that was far subpar to their store quality purported and refused to fix the situation. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX What the business XXXX committed to provide XXXX Buyer Protection How XXXX is involved : They are directly in charge of Paypal Credit and in collaboration with XXXX. Basically, both teams XXXX and Synchrony Bank refused to read my evidence provided and jointly participated in attempting to put debt on me when I should have qualified for buyer protection. Nature of the dispute : I never received the items ( neither the small one nor large one ), seller attempted to dispatch randomly a package few days into the dispute process. I asked XXXX how this will affect and XXXX said to expect to be automatically ruled against, that they will not give me buyer protection even though seller provided not as described items fraud. So I was forced to open with Synchrony Bank, who also refused to investigate. Has the business tried to resolve the problem : No, XXXX denied me buyer protection even though I should have been covered. I have asked XXXX to contact their international office to return the shipment to origin but could not accept the package or pay for its return when it was forcibly sent out by the seller. Tracking # for {$160.00} shipment : XXXX XXXX Tracking # for {$450.00} shipment : One doesn't exist at all, seller uploaded the same # and XXXX says they just going to presume to accept that.
