Om XX/XX/2022, I was contacted by SPS Servicing regarding my previously open case regarding my reduction and Short Sale. with CFPB.I was asked if I was aware of the complaint filed and I agreed that I was aware of the complaint. I feel as if SPS was trying to intimidate me by asking if I was aware and offered no resolution at the time of contact. Also I submitted documents to SPS regarding my homeowners insurance with XXXX that was sent on XX/XX/2022 regarding the billing. I was advised that the information was received and is being reviewed.
