I sent a debt validation letter certified mail so I can validate the debt they never responded so now Im filing a cfpb complaint! this debt collection agency is stopping me from exercising my rights as a consumer and in the letter I asked for them to send me the documents I asked for or pay all scheduled fees and to remove the alleged debt from from my consumer report. Statements and contracts ARE NOT A VALIDATION!!
