XXXX acknowledged in response to a complaint that I filed ( the third such complaint about same issue ) that it owed me nearly {$2000.00}. XXXX replied that it would issue the refund and the person assigned to do so was : XXXX XXXX XXXX Executive and Regulatory Services Analyst. Office : XXXX Ext. XXXX Fax XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX sent me a direct email affirming this. XXXX XXXX submitted a copy of her message to the Federal Communications Commission as her response to XXXX XXXX. XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX, FCC notified me it was closing the complaint. It appeared XXXX was willing to issue the refund to me. However, after FCC closed the complaint XXXX XXXX refused to talk with me and put a note on my account that no one else at XXXX was allowed to discuss the matter. I tried desperately to get XXXX to refund the money it owed me before it merged with another company ; but to no available. XXXX the merger, I was informed that there was no mechanism available for me to collect the debt that XXXX owed me when it ceased to exist. XXXX owed me money. I did not owe XXXX money. This claim from a debt collector is clearly fraudulent.
