I opened up a credit card and gave them the information on my other credit card to do a balance transfer, 0 % until XX/XX/2023 and they transferred it to a savings account # XXXX that did not have a balance on it. I was not aware there was a XXXX on my savings account. There was no letter giving to me by the State or my financial institution that was supposed to be sent out about this XXXX. I was opening the new card up to pay another credit card. I am now paying for 2 payments and plus a balance transfer fee of XXXX, when it was not sent to my credit card # XXXX because there was no CC account number on the check sent in to XXXX.
