To Whom it may concern, I filed a fraud report with Chase on XX/XX/2021 do to fraud charges on my credit card account. I did inform them that the last time I used my card was on XX/XX/2021. They refused to remove the charges dated XX/XX/2021, and stated they have approved of the signatures. They have not yet provide me with any proofs. I called the company multiple times to dispute the charges, I got hung up on more then 5 times.
