Consumer Narrative

I want JP Morgan Chase to buy back my mortgage from the third-party predatory lending system. In XXXX after receiving substantial government funding subsidies from the XXXX housing downturn under Obama, Chase Bank breached my trial modification contract. This unexpected and unwarranted breach-of-contract caused me an irreparable housing hardship still adversely experienced today. I have not recovered from the harm Chase Bank caused by bundling my mortgage, probably for pennies on the dollar, and selling to the highest corrupt corporate land-grab bidder. I made every payment on time per the terms of the contract for over 2 years in hopes of gaining permanent modification status for the agreed-upon {$1400.00} monthly payment. Id like to discuss reinstatement of the rescinded trial-modification contract terms. Better yet, right this wrong and write off my mortgage as a gesture of atonement for this inhumane housing-insecurity transgression. I spoke with a Chase Bank representative in XX/XX/XXXX to give them an opportunity to resolve the issue. Chase Bank executive team member XXXX XXXX about my grievance and I have been asking Chase Bank representatives to please provide me with data regarding how many modification contracts they breached during the XXXX housing crisis. Chase Bank representatives refuse to provide me with the requested data on breached contracts. Chase Bank representatives say that they conducted an internal investigation based on my claims of discriminatory banking practices, and they say that no discrimination was discovered during the internal investigation. This is why I am calling for data to be provided from Chase Bank that shows the number of XXXX homeowners that had their trial modifications breached by Chase Bank. Chase Bank has pledged 30 XXXX in funding to provide to POC communities for new home loans, but they refuse to do anything to make restitution to the homeowners whose modification contracts were breached even though Chase received billions if not trillions in federal bailout funding to help distressed homeowners. Why is Chase bank being allowed to get away with breaching modification contracts and why do they not have to provide data that shows XXXX people were not targeted for discrimination. Chase Bank 's actions are criminal and they should be held accountable to the homeowners that they harmed before rolling out programs to help future buyers.
