First and foremost, Chase has been charging me a predatory interest rate of 24 % which is predatory. Am attaching a copy of my credit score. There is absolutely no basis for this rate which is usury. Second, I have been charged on interest by Chase where there was no basis for it. I was charged XXXX of interest in the XXXX month of 2022. There were XXXX charges that were part of this calculus that were refunded and not authorized by me. First for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX and the other is XXXX XXXX for XXXX. Hence Chase 's basis for interest calculation is fraudulent. The basis for the interest assessment is XXXX at most not XXXX I want this recalculated and will now need to research all statements to identify other possible examples of interest rate assesment that is not legal. So I want the interest charge refunded and an explanation for the usury esque interest rate when my credit score is XXXX. After i receive a response, i will determine if i wish to keep this card or not.
