My wife and i both went to university XXXX XXXX with student loans from XXXX. We were defrauded by XXXX and we are not able to pay the outrageous amount of money they want back. We both received our associates degrees and received loans in the amount {$25000.00} each for our degrees. Our payments were about {$800.00} each after we got out of school, which was about 10 years ago. We were told by XXXX we can just put our payments on hold until we could afford the payment. We now owe about {$60000.00} each on those loans. There is a lawsuit toward XXXX that we would like to be part of. We were defrauded on the loan system. Our names are XXXX and XXXX XXXX.
