From XXXX XXXX XXXX, We had fraud connected to our account and nearly XXXX dollars were stolen from us. We communicated with Chase, and they provided some temporary credit, but by XX/XX/XXXX, we had XXXX large charge reversed ( 655.67 ). As of now, there are XXXX additional large charges ( of nearly the same amount ) that are not closed from their fraud team, but purchased the same way. We worry that these will be reversed too. We a They explained that they can not prove the fraud, therefore reversing the charges, and we would have to do directly to the vendor. We found the vendor and got the receipts for the items fraudulently bought on our account, and across the country, and have so far been working with a XXXX party company to assist.
