I tried creating a dispute about an extra charge at a hotel for a service that I had already paid for and the dispute representative for Chase refused to open a dispute because she said it would costs Chase money to open that dispute and they would prefer to just not open it on their end and rather claim there is no dispute. The process of dispute resolutions at Chase is a joke and nothing like the process at XXXX or XXXX or any other bank which at least makes a good faith effort to resolve the issue. The process has been outsourced to the XXXX with a mandate to create as few disputes as possible.
