Hello, There's a collection company called IQ DATA that has been contacting me via telephone about a debt I have no knowledge of. The first phone call was around XX/XX/2021 in which I explained to the representative that I've never had an account with their so called client ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) which is the original creditor. They asked me if I ever lived at the address where the account was originated in which I told them " NO ''. I recently seen that IQ DATA is reporting that I owe this debt of {$140.00} to the credit bureaus XXXX XXXX XXXX. I sent IQ DATA a letter asking them to send me a description of the services and charges or anything that proves this account belongs to me and they responded with a letter stating I need to send a police report claiming identity theft, a government ID & proof of residency. I do not want to send personal information to this company, I never filed identity theft because they never sent any validation of my social security number or birthday being used, there's hundreds of XXXX XXXX and they have the wrong one. I do not owe any monies to IQ DATA or XXXX XXXX XXXX. and I would like for IQ DATA to remove this inaccurate account from their records as well as my credit report.
