Hello- I am writing in regards to a charge made on my Bloomingdales account that was returned. However, the charge has not been reversed on my credit card account and I continue to receive calls from collections. I have called Bloomingdales XXXX times. The first XXXX times, I was assured that the returned items had been received and would be credited on my account Order placed on XX/XX/XXXX ( Order number XXXX, {$710.00} ) Order received on XX/XX/XXXX Order returned first week of XX/XX/XXXX First call was made ~ XX/XX/XXXX Second call - XX/XX/XXXX Third call - XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( placed on hold for over XXXX minutes, I hung up after that time ). In the second call, I was assured by an agent that a supervisor would call me. I received no call. I am concerned that this issue is negatively impacting my credit. Please let me know if there is additional information that I can provide. Thank you
