On XX/XX/XXXX I placed an order with XXXX XXXX as documented on the attached documents. I described the vehicle for which a bumper was ordered. I received the part and took it to a repair facility. It advised it was the wrong bumper. I emailed XXXX XX/XX/XXXX about the error and requested they ship the right part and furnish a return label for it. No response was ever received. I did order a bumper from another vendor after no response was received as the repair shop had to have one to complete the work. Documents from their website show which bumper should have been sent. On XX/XX/XXXX I notified Chase about the problem. They issued temporary credit but charged my account XX/XX/XXXX. I called Chase and was advised to reword my complaint which I did and resent it to Chase. Chase processed it and advised they considered the charge valid. Having no success with Chase I called on XX/XX/XXXX and was advised to ship the bumper back which I did at my expense. I emailed XXXX XX/XX/XXXX outlining the progress. The XXXX XXXX record is included. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX confirmed receipt of the return information and thanked me. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a cell phone message from XXXX at XXXX that the bumper was received. On XX/XX/XXXX I advised XXXX about the call from XXXX who I was unable to contact.
