On the date of XX/XX/XXXX I reached out to Goldman Sachs Bank to extend my credit for my apple card and was discriminated then immediately denied. This is a consumer credit transaction and I'm federally protected by law. I believe this financial institution has committed fraud on behalf of my rights to privacy. Pursuant to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) its unlawful for any creditor to discriminate any consumer doing a credit transaction. Under Truth in lending act pursuant to XXXX usc XXXX ( XXXX ) I have open end credit where me extending my credit to goldman sachs should be never ending and no problem.
