Got a call from Santander consumer us my truck loan holder. The informed me my loan was in default and a nation wide search was place on my vehicle for repossession. Told me I missed 6 payments and bounce one of the checks. Told me if I payed XXXX in ten days it they might be able to resolve it but the loan was charged off XX/XX/2021. I never got any notifications from them. No email or calls not even a letter. I went straight to bank and got all my bank records. I have all bank statements. I have never mist a payment on this loan In the XXXX XXXX yrs Ive had it. They said I bounce a check in XX/XX/2021 my statement not only shows it was paid but also had over XXXX in the account that month. Im in fear they will reposses my truck for a big mistake that they have made and I need help. Also my credit report reflex this mishap.
