Hello, Around XXXX of XXXX if my memory is correct, Chase Bank XXXX decided to close my checking account for no reason. They wouldn't ever want to describe a reason over the phone or in person. Until today I have no idea why it has happened, later around XXXX XXXX I decided to retry opening an account since I had done nothing reasonable for them to close my account but that didn't work I couldn't open a new account then I attempted again online on XXXX XXXX XXXX and that still resulted in a error message saying they can't open an account for me. Currently, I am a university student seeking to get a student bank account at chase. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.
