XX/XX/2021 -- We ordered 6 items from Best Buy using Citi Group Best Buy Credit Card that I applied for in the store. As soon as I left this transaction was cancelled by Best Buy. Most of the charged were removed but some of the amount of {$810.00} were still left on the card. We did not get any services nor goods from Best Buy. I opened a dispute with Credit Card company only to find out that they charged me interest charges, without even providing any dispute information, reasoning or anything. That " happened in the USA... Charge for literally nothing and Beastily attempt to extort money for no services nor good provided. The attempt of Best Buy City group to extort money is outrageous. No services, no goods...
