Drivetime, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX all have extorted me by breach of fiduciary responsibility in handling this trust account that was created via my social security cestui que trust. I as the consumer and beneficiary received no benefit of all these unlawful actions taken against me to liquidate my trust, also filling fraudulent tax forms to help aid in there fraud against me. As stated in 16 CFR 433.1 ( i ) i only held the instrument that evidences the a debt arising from the financed sale. The contract that was defaulted on was a contract between the seller and creditor as defined in 16 cfr 433.1 ( F ). I am in fact the holder in due course and have claims and defenses i can and will be asserting against this dealership for unfair and deceptive act and practices done against me as stated in 16 cfr 433.2.
