there was {$1200.00} charged by XXXX on XX/XX/2021 from my credit card and the same amount from my husband 's card on XX/XX/2021, I disputed the double charges transaction with chase bank, they put temperate credits back to my account. On XX/XX/2021 there were rebill charges of {$1200.00} from my account, they said it was valid transaction so I re-disputed it for this charge, until today the merchandise still did not receive the return of chargeback as well. on XXXX XXXX the dispute letter from chase bank confirmed it was a valid transaction and I do not qualify for full refund.
