my complaint is with XXXX and citicards. have called and spoke to XXXX about 50 or 60 times and have disputed inaccurate information for citicards approx 6 or 7 times and still no resolution since early XXXX XXXX citicards is showing a negative indicator status as of XXXX XXXX shows account reporting currentlly negative my score has dropped about 40 points and my creditors can see this on XXXX XXXX score XXXX this account was closed XX/XX/XXXX in federal bankruptcy court and dischardged. the other 2 major credit bureaus are correct. i need to have the status date updated to XX/XX/XXXXacoount should not be reporting current please try to resolve this is grossly unfair. i also uploaded my bankruptcy docs from court showing citicards included in bankruptcy status date XXXX of XXXX per XXXX recommendation. as of today they still can not confirm that they recieved my uploaded docs. please try to help me this is a very simple date correction.
