On XXXX XXXX I accepted the promotional offer from Citicard to transfer balances to my card for an XXXX of XXXX XXXX that " applies to each transferred balance made under this offer until XX/XX/XXXX. '' I am a long time reliable customer with a respectable history with Citicard. I received a confirmation of the offer dated XX/XX/XXXX. Now that I accepted their offer, this document states " This rate doesn't modify the current rates of any existing balances you may have on your account. '' My account reflects a XXXX XXXX XXXX, not a XXXX XXXX XXXX as promised. I accepted their offer in good faith. I contacted Citicard and was not able to communicate with the customer representative due to his obvious use of XXXX as a second language. We tried and finally I requested to speak with a supervisor. He resisted and then said he was putting the call on hold. The call was disconnected. I believe I am a victim of a bait and switch tactic from Citicard or a grievous error. I am asking for my account to be adjusted to correctly reflect the XXXX of XXXX XXXX as offered. I am not a novice or of low intelligence and I am insulted to be disrespected in this manner.
