In XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX transferred my loans in the amount of approx {$12000.00} to XXXX. My loans were then consolidated through XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email from XXXX XXXX XXXX that my loans were consolidated to the amount of approx {$14000.00}. I made monthly payments on time from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email from XXXX saying my student loans were paid in full but I did not see this email as i was limited in my access to internet at the time. In XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me an email to inform me that my account was being assigned to XXXX XXXX XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I received an email from the XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding the the shut down of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have recently reviewed my credit report and there are closed accounts from XXXX, listed as paid in full. However, there are accounts from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that are listed as closed, but also continue to post as past due and in collections currently. I am unable to find my account or log into the student loan aid website. I am currently waiting for their account recovery team to find my info. XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX have all now been sued and student loans are being cancelled as part of the settlement. And yet, my credit continues to be negatively impacted as a result of very poor handling of my loans on the part of my lenders, processors and debt management companies. I have had XXXX success attempting to contact any agency regarding my loans to attempt to untangle the mess they have made out of my loans. The education I received was sub par and was useless in entering the field it was specialized in. I have done XXXX work in that field as a result. I am a resident of XXXX XXXX and would like to be included in the settlement against XXXX. Also between the years of XXXX and XXXX I received hundreds of emails from third party companies regarding my student loans and offers of forgiveness or lower fees. It was quite overwhelming and caused me to miss some very important emails regarding my student loans that would have raised my suspicions about the fact that I was being scammed months, possibly years sooner than I finally did.
