I have an established XXXX I buy sell and trade electronics sports cards game consoles I have business account and credit card with chase over the course of the week I have order a chase XXXX XXXX card reader that I got last Friday I used it for the first time Saturday expecting payment be in my account Sunday midnight after Tuesday I contacted merchant services who told me the payment is under review and would not tell me why then receive email to sum not documents showing products ein and other information sent it immediately then get email saying my account close to high risk and I can submit a reconsideration which I did and they upheld they decision and for no reason sent my payment back to consumer so now i dont have the items gym shoes and dont have the funds for my products and they XXXX party company who handles quick accept telling me to contact the buyer to recover funds or money which there is no way for me to do so and from. What I seen on XXXX Im not the only they been doing this to i was told the money be held for 30 days then all sudden its being sent back
