On XXXX. XXXX, XXXX, I opened an account with GM Financial for a car loan. The payments became past due and I received a notice from a representative that the account was placed for repossession on XX/XX/XXXX. GM Financial violated federal law by repossessing and selling the vehicle associated with this account. GM financial also violated additional federal laws detailed in the attached letter. Since that date, GM Financial sold the vehicle. I did not receive the following : Notice of Default and Right of Redemption/Right of Reinstatement ; Notice of Sale GM Financial has violated several of my consumer rights since the inception of this consumer transaction. Right of Rescission Notice was never provided to me and the company used deceptive practices to enter into a consumer transaction.
