I filed a previous complaint regarding GM Financial regarding GAP insurance that I was told that I had to purchase in order to drive off the sales lot of XXXX XXXX of XXXX and I'm a XXXX veteran with low income and felt taken advantage of. I requested the Gap fees to be applied to the principal and GM decided to send it to the payment instead. When I spoke with the Assistant Manager, I was told that it would be and since I set the payments up on bill payer, I believed GM Financial at their word. Now I'm finding out they didn't honor my request. I truly feel completely taken advantage of by this company and they knew that I am XXXX, just as XXXX XXXX.
