XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX I was checking on my credit report and found this accounts with incorrect information for having me a late payment. I was never late in paying my accounts. As shown above, it appears that I have late payments recorded in XXXX and XXXX with account name SYNCBXXXX XXXX with account numbers XXXX. Hoping someone will lend me a hand in updating and correcting the comments on my account ASAP! I don't want this will affect my reputation and will cause of serious harm not only my ability to establish credit and good interest rates but also to my character as a professional and as an individual. I sincerely appreciate your time and assistance in this matter and hope to hear from you very soon. I know for certain that this is a violation of the law as mentioned in the following : 15 U.S. Code 1666b.Timing of payments ( a ) Time to make payments, a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date.
