I am currently a Chase account number with a college account through my fathers account at some .6 months ago a fraudulent purchase was made on his account they did not notify us of this fraudulent purchase instead they told us six months later that we all need to do accounts we were all worried because we have direct deposit payments which are the Deposited once every two weeks they told us that the accounts would remain open for 10 days the accounts have have remained open from XXXX until now XX/XX/XXXX and response we have all continue to make payments as we previously have with our debit cards chase which has not allowed these payments to go through due to the fact that the debit card was attached to the old Account we have all been into the branch now at least five times and we have still not resulted in having these accounts which have no money in them closed in response multiple companies have not been able to be paid and are now are telling us that we owe them money that obviously we had tried to pay.
