I need complaint ID # XXXX reopened as you closed the case and the bank 's solution did not resolve the issue. XXXX XXXX Customer Service has informed me that the form KeyBank told me to have them fill out can not be filled out by them so the check can not be cancelled ( email pdf attached ). This includes XXXX 's timeline of KeyBank 's incompetence, negligence, and malfeasance. My $ XXXX is still just gone. My next step will be to contact and attorney and seek punitive damages at this point as, due to the ongoing stress in part caused by this issue, I underwent an emergency MRI on XX/XX/2022 to check for XXXX XXXX regrowth due to contralateral weakness in my left side that persists. The cause remains unknown but may be due to my XXXX.
