My husband and I started the mortgage refinance process with Interfirst Mortgage Company on XX/XX/XXXX. We spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at that time and rec 'd rate options, signed disclosures and submitted all the necessary documents for underwriting within the time range deadline provided of XX/XX/XXXX. We were provided an email XX/XX/XXXX stating that our initial loan application and documents were rec 'd and our file was now in underwriting review. We rec 'd no further correspondence from Interfirst Mortgage, so I emailed XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, again on XX/XX/XXXX and again on XX/XX/XXXX. I called Interfirst XXXX times in the past two weeks with no return calls until I finally heard back from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and he was unclear on how to advise me on status of the loan. He stated he would have an underwriting manager call me and I have not rec 'd a call. I called Interfirst again today on XX/XX/XXXX and have not rec 'd a call back from XXXX 's supervisors / underwriting.
