I have two accounts with NetSpend ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I requested they close the accounts after I withdrew my entire balance from BOTH accounts in XXXX of 2021, and requested an account cancellation for both accounts at that time. I was informed I could only do so via an e-mail request, and made the appropriate request for both accounts, and have never heard back despite submitting several requests over the course of the following months. I continue to receive monthly statements despite no balance in either account and want to be sure NetSpend cancels my account. Account Numbers : XXXX and XXXX
