Hi, I receive a alert from my phone while I was putting both of my baby to sleep while my wife is on dialysis due to chronic XXXX XXXX Stage XXXX End Stage. My phone got an alert that pop up and It shows there is a payment of {$650.00} to XXXX that has been transfer to XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX which I am not aware of and I am disputing this transaction as it is not authorized by me. I reach out to Chase claims department and they said their is nothing they can do about it and the transaction was authorized which is fraud. Can you please help me get my money back?
