Consumer Narrative
I was charged {$71.00} for an interest charge XX/XX/31 which, after contacting Goldman Sachs ( Apple Card ) on XXXX, was told was trailing interest despite my never having been charged such a fee, despite paying off my full balance. In attempting to address the issues with the company, I pointed out that their payment app only showed one type of interest charge, and no indication of any other type. I was told I misunderstood the terms despite pointing out that I /never/ had this type of charge before.
