In order to purchase furniture from XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, Texas in XXXX of XXXX they required me to apply for their XXXX XXXXSynchrony Bank Credit Card in which I did. I soon paid the entire amount off within a couple of months. I also purchased some lamps and end tables and immediately paid those off as well and have never used that credit card again. In XXXX of XXXX I received a bill in the mail from this credit card in the amount of around {$130.00} or so. I called Synchrony to inquire as to why I was receiving a bill since I hadn't used this credit card at all since I had purchased my furniture and paid it off. The synchrony representative told me that it was for a purchase that was made at a store called XXXX XXXX in California. I explained that I hadn't used this credit card anywhere but at the XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX and that I had paid the card off in full within a few months after purchasing. I live in the XXXX XXXX area so why would I go to California to purchase something. It didn't make sense. She told me that the items purchased in California where delivered to my address but she could not provide my address to me. I filed a fraud claim with synchrony 2 times and they denied it 2 times. The third time I filed another fraud claim in XX/XX/XXXX the representative assured me that she could see that it was fraudulent and she was going to get it removed from my account. She said she was going to send me a blue form that I needed to fill out and sent right back in. When I received the form in the mail the due date had already passed but I filled it out and sent it in anyway. Today, XX/XX/XXXX I received another bill in the mail from Synchrony. This time it was about {$9.00} less. None the less, they did not remove the fraudulent charge from my account and this is affecting my credit. I called them again today and no one at Synchrony can seem to help me. They just keep telling me that they will submit another fraud claim and they keep rejecting it. I can't get anywhere with anyone and I need help. I absolutely did not make this purchase and I will not pay for fruadulent purchases illegally made on my credit card in my name.
