This is for citicards, my Citibank credit card. I disputed a credit card charge with a merchant who offered a refund on my deposit, then struggled to electronically do the deposit. I gave the merchant a few days then opened a dispute. A week later, the refund showed up on my credit card balance, so I withdrew the dispute. Meanwhile, citi took my withdrawal as a reason to double charge me for the deposit. I now have the initial refund, the initial payment, and another charge created by citibank called " Reverse [ Merchant Name ] '' Rather than closing the dispute, they decided to create an entire new charge and send the merchant the money. I didn't catch this until now, several weeks later. The amount is {$1500.00} and I have screenshots of my account.
