Over time of Trying to communicate with IQ data international, the way they speak to a person on the phone is very very rude and distasteful. They blame you and make you feel bad for why you even have a debt with them in the first place. Now with covid and its variants things have changed drastically, less hours at work, deaths in the family and with this inaccurate information once the account was closed and sold. I can not get cooperation from this colony whatsoever. Im trying to find a new home for my family but trying to resolve this debt is in the way. And I dont know who to communicate with other than them because they hurt your feelings, make you feel bad, theyre rude as XXXX and they make you cry over the phone. Its heartbreaking, Im just trying to cover what debts I can in this pandemic. I cant get anything extra because of a balance Ive already figured out and had settled 2 years ago. Please help Im desperate. I need a way to feed myself and my family.
