Hi, I received an letter in the mail from my job saying that I have been summons of garnishment from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The letter stated they attempted to serve me and I didnt respond which led to garnish my wages. That is false .I never received any court papers considering this matter. I have never been to this hospital before. I have had health insurance for 4 years now .I tried to contact the law firm who is being the third party called RaganandRagn law firm located XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Ga XXXX XXXX to see what this matter was obtaining to, they kept hanging up the phone until finally getting a hold of them. I politely asked what this matter was about, he told me he doesnt have to answer my questions and just pay my debt then proceed to hang up. They filed a Garnishment with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I spoke with XXXX XXXX Court and told the clerk that I asked the law firm if they could give me any details about this hospital bill and that the law firm was very rude and didnt answer of my questions or concerns. XXXX XXXX court clerk told me to fill an motion and that the law firm illegally filed a claim. This law firm have over 30 BAD reviews on their website. Im going to file The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act against them because it is incrediblely unfair that I have to get money garnish from my check when I never even been the hospital that they stated. They could of simply hear me out with my questions about this concern. The firm have very poor communication skills. Now I have to file an motion with XXXX XXXX court. They need to be reported
