XX/XX/XXXX Dear Consumer Protection Financial Bureau ( CFPB ) : My Name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I am providing the below consumer complaint for your review and ask for your assistance in this matter at your earliest convenience. Note : In addition to this letter depicting the exact and honest events that has taken place by and from Chase Bank Credit Cards, I have also provided a snapshot of this information from my recent personal credit report. I would also like to add, that I am available and more the willing to speak this truth noted below on a phone call and can be reached at XXXX. Complaint Snapshot Summary I am in the commercial real estate business and have a Business credit card under my company, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. This card for 14 years ended in XXXX and was changed in XXXX ( without my knowledge ) to a new account number ending in XXXX but remained a business Credit Card under my Company. This is a Chase Business United Chase Card, I opened the day I opened my accounts- both my business accounts and moved all my personal banking over to Chase Bank in XXXX, TX at the XXXX XXXX XXXX, approximately 15 years ago. The United Card had a {$22000.00} balance ( approximately ) going into COVID and was paid in full to a zero balance on XX/XX/XXXX. This card is open, never charged off, is paid to zero balance, and reporting negatively on my personal credit with all three reporting agencies, which never did until XX/XX/XXXX. I have never been late other than during COVID and as you will read below, I was given payment options and guidelines by Chase Credit Card services and encouraged to do same and there would be no negative reporting as a result of following the Chase Credit Card payment help. paid what I was advised to pay by Chase Bank to prevent any negative issues reporting to my personal credit report. I have satisfied this debt in full as I told Chase I was going to do. I was NEVER advised of any grace period ending by anyone at Chase. I was obsessed and relentless with Chase that I can never have this report negatively to my personal credit and said this to them on EVERY call. However, now, due to my trust in Chase Bank ( over many, many calls ) and the words they misrepresented to me and my family, I am now in a huge loss with a XXXX impacted business card reporting very negatively on my Personal Credit ( over XXXX points ), destroying my personal credit, I built for 30 years and preventing us from buying a home.
