XXXX applied to refinance mortgage due to promotional {$1000.00} credit towards closing XXXX approved for new mortgage but {$1000.00} closing credit was not listed and were told the credit would be in the final paperwork XXXX & XXXX contacted loan originator and processor about lack of credit in final paperwork XXXX emailed loan originator about the matter XXXX rec 'd email from loan originator that verified the promo code for the {$1000.00} was on the initial loan application XXXX rec 'd email from processor asking the closer to look at our loan XXXX loan originator called with " great news '' that after a lot of back and forth with different people/departments that the " promo code for {$1000.00} was on the initial contact '' and that in " 7-14 days '' we " should receive a {$1000.00} check! '' XXXX called about check since it was not received XXXX spoke to XXXX who could not resolve or direct our call, but said she would email our loan originator to contact us.
