They told me I had a Chase Bank charge card from XXXX - XXXX ( I NEVER had this card ). As soon as I explained to him that they nerver read me the required mini mirandas, and that they are threatning me with a lawsuit on an out of statute debt, a debt I never had in the 1st place.
