I have a home mortgage with Rocket Mortgage. They suddenly sent us an email on XX/XX/2022 that our mortgage will be transferred to another company called XXXX on XX/XX/2022, and Rocket Mortgage will not accept my payments starting XX/XX/2022. It's really a short notice ( 10 days ) which give us little time to process it, and we don't get any notice from the new company to setup account and payments yet. I think it against the regulation, and I need your help to cancel this transfer in order to avoid the troubles to make payments.
