Consumer Narrative
I was on a promotional period with Synchrony bank that ended in XX/XX/2021. In XXXX of 2021 I was offered an assistance program to extend the no interest for 60 months and have a set payment of {$90.00}. Synchrony has now added the interest to my account even though I am on the assistance plan extending the 0 % interest. They have refused to help with with resolving the issue even though they acknowledge I am on an assistance plan. They will waive the interest if I pay the promotional balance off today.
