RE : XXXX XXXX Business Streamline Checking Account Number : XXXX Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ), While visiting a Citibank branch on XX/XX/2021, I opened a new Business Streamline Checking Account. According to the business relationship banker who opened my account and the Citibank website, I was eligible to receive a {$1500.00} sign up bonus if I ensured the following conditions were met : Within 30 days of opening your account Qualifying Balance Period, deposit {$100000.00} new-to-Citibank funds into the Streamline Business Checking Account Maintain balance of {$100000.00} for 60 days after the " Qualifying Balance Period '' o Qualifying Balance Period = 30 days o Maintain balance of {$100000.00} = 60 days o Total amount of days = 90 days I have met all of the aforementioned conditions to be eligible to receive the sign-up bonus. Below is a chronological order of events which illustrate that I in fact met all the conditions required by Citibank : XX/XX/2021 : Opened account XX/XX/2021 : Deposited {$100000.00} new-to-Citibank funds into my new Streamline Business Checking Account As required by Citibank, I funded the account within 7 days ( requirement is within 30 days ) As required by Citibank, I maintained a minimum balance of {$100000.00} in my new Streamline Business Checking Account for a period of 93 days through XX/XX/2021. Citibanks requirement was a total of 90 days : o Qualifying Balance Period = 30 days o Maintain balance of {$100000.00} = 60 days On or around the 5-month mark after opening this new account I became very concerned that the bonus I earned was not yet awarded to me. I immediately called Citibank to try and resolve the issue, but after 4 telephone calls, 3 hours waiting on the telephone for someone to answer my call and address my concerns, my issue remains unresolved. I am 100 % confident that I have met the required conditions and am eligible to receive the {$1500.00} sign up bonus. I am hoping your organization can help me. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
