I entered into a covid-19 forbearance plan while loan was serviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The loan servicing was sold to Chase Bank shortly thereafter. Chase basically ignored the plan and they pulled payment from my account on both XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, for payment of XXXX and XXXX. In essence they ignored the forbearance plan and brought me current as if I weren't on a plan.
