I contacted Chase Auto Finance to request a one-month payment deferment XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I explained to the represented when I called that I needed to skip XXXX payment but was told that they could only extend the payment through the XXXX of XXXX which is normally due on the XXXX of XXXX. I borrowed the money from my sister and made the payment on XX/XX/2022. However, the company still placed a past due payment on my credit report even after providing the extension.
