I got a call at the beginning of the year from the homeowner at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX saying that there was a lien/deed for {$80000.00} on her property that was put there by Chase in XX/XX/XXXX. I have never been on title on that property. I was the listing agent/Realtor in XXXX and my Aunt & Uncle ( who have since passed away ) sold the home to the innocent homeowner who paid all cash ( so there was no Chase error in that manner. I believe I had at one time used that address as a mailing address as I was traveling a lot. I have made many calls and emails to Chase to remove the deed and since last week they have gone dark on me. I had an escalation expert and last we spoke this was with the legal department and there was " no update ''. Meanwhile this Title fraud is holding up the sale of the homeowner 's property and putting my real estate license and professional reputation at jeopardy. Additionally, I do not owe {$80000.00} to Chase. Chase failed to provide the original loan documents and service transfer documents from WAMU to Chase upon request. I have requested these documents 3 times in writing.
