This complaint is about Better.com. I recently closed a ReFi with them on XX/XX/2021. They collected the property taxes of amount {$3700.00} during closing from me but this amount was neither paid to the county nor transferred to the new loan servicer ( XXXX XXXX ). I am made several attempts to resolve this issue with Better.com, emailed several members of their funding team, but not getting any responses for resolution. Looks like they are just ignoring the issue and no one is willing to help. Please help me resolving this issue with the company.
