XX/XX/XXXX - Called Chase Auto Services and explained I just refinanced and they should have all the information they're looking for, Chase rep advised to 'not worry ' and don't send the paper work. XX/XX/XXXX- never received registration renewal for my vehicle as chase submitted a sold notice on it. XX/XX/XXXX - Called chase, got the paperwork they needed via email and sent it off. XX/XX/XXXX - Renewed my vehicle. XX/XX/XXXX - Called chase about the issue as it has still not been resolved, they advised they have not received the paper work and sent me new paper work via XXXX I never up sending this paperwork. XX/XX/XXXX- {$210.00} charged for Tax title fees, I called Chase and they advised they received the paper work and the title has been updated. XX/XX/XXXX - Charged {$320.00} for Tax Title Fees. Chase explained that I 'needed to go talk to a tax professional about taxes ' and refused to assist.
